Hello! I am a computational biologist who likes to apply computational approaches to understand regulating processes in biological systems.
I am working at Statistical Genetics group the Pasteur Institute in France to study genetics about Asthma with computational methods.
I did my Ph.D. in Theoretical Ecology Biodiversity and Biocomplexity Unit at Okinawa Institute of Science and Technology (OIST). I studied how the interaction between ecological communities and spatial structure affect biodiversity.
